2004 – The Annual Bagel Run

01 Ian Townley ripped up the Bagel Run 5k course finishing first in a time of 15:46.
02 Matthew Hunt was in hot pursuit finishing 2nd, only five seconds out of first place.
03 Henry Osborne did a great job completing the Bagel run in 46:07.
04 The record turn-out of 209 runners await the starting gun at the beginning of the Bagel Run.
05 Rabbi Steve welcomes the runners, and noted the Biblical origins of the Bagel Run.
06 Wanderers West Coast Bureau Chief Smoke Kalman worked miracles to publicize and organize the race.

13 Jeffrey Rice is looking good as he hits the stairs toward the end of the Bagel Run.
14 Jennifer Fung finished 12th overall and was the second woman in a time of 18:20 with Cory Dulberg finishing just behind in 18:22.
15 The day before the Bagel Run, Rock Steady, Bluemont Phlash and Snake Bite competed in their own half marathon race through the hills of Santa Barbara. Here they pose for a team portrait before the race.
16 With the race half over, they look a little less enthusiastic.
17 Snake Bite talks to a couple of possible recruits from Westmont College while en route. The Westmont College students had some Basque heritage which greatly impressed the Wanderer recruiters.
18 This car decoration of turtles seemed to be a very fitting omen for the half marathon runners.
