All runners: there will be a free community educational session geared towards runners/athletes of all ages and abilities.  Brian Eckenrode, Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University, will be presenting on the Importance of Dynamic Core Stability for the Runner: Implications for Injury Prevention and Recovery. 

The session will be held on Tuesday May 28th at 7:00pm in the Health Sciences Center at Arcadia.  The event will include a short lecture followed by interactive exercise demonstrations and recommendations.  Feel free to bring guests, and please pass this information on to whomever you feel may benefit.  Be sure to RSVP if you would like attend as space will be limited.
