Eating for Endurance Cooking Class

Join Shari Stern of Regular Gal Cooks! for Eating for Endurance!

Learn how to prepare simple pre- and post- workout dishes that are delicious and nutritious for training and recovery!  We will be concentrating on the upcoming Philadelphia Distance Run, but the classes are open to all seeking food to fuel a high-energy workout.
