On Wednesday August 22 (new
date due to rain) starting at
6:30 pm,
Wanderers will hold their
4th Annual Track Meet at the
Roxborough High School track.
Rain Date: In the event of
bad weather, Wednesday August 22nd at
6:30 pm has been set up as a rain date for the
event. If the event will be postponed, a prominent
notice will be posted on our
home page on
the day of the event plus we will send out an
email to our list of subscribers (join the list
here >>).
Events (In order):
- One Mile Run (starts at 6:30 p.m.)
- 400 Meters (approx. 6:50 p.m.)
- 3,000 Meters (approx. 7:00 p.m.)
- 800 Meters (approx. 7:20 p.m.)
- 5,000 Meters (approx. 7:35 p.m.)
- Medley Relay (approx. 8 p.m.)
(1,200, 400, 800, and 1,600 meters)
Events are open to all ages and abilities.
Pricing: $5 entry fee for each
race. $3 per race for multiple races. Student
free. Medley relay is free.
Food: award-winning BBQ will be provided free
of charge.
Details: Wednesday August 22,
2006. The first gun will sound at 6:30 p.m. (so
please arrive a little early if you can.)

on Pechin Street between Fountain and Hermitage
