Wanderers Say No to Doughnuts
When you drive by a Dunkin Donuts (or a Timmy Hortons
if you are in Canada), do you feel an irresistable urge
to pull into the stores parking lot?
On Sunday pizza night, instead of ordering the 8-inch
vegetarian platter, do you find yourself ordering the
14-inch pie
with extra cheese?
When the waiter at a restaurant asks you whether you
want pie for dessert, instead of politely declining
saying you are in training, do you hear
yourself inquiring whether the pie comes a la mode?
If you answer yes to any or all of the above questions,
think about enrolling in the Wanderers nutirition support
group run by our own nutrition specialist Pieman Humphrey.
You just have to take it one day at a time,
Pieman advises.
