The 6th Annual Chestnut Hill Cross Country Classic put on by the Wanderers is coming up on Saturday, September 13.  The gun sounds at 9 am.  This three-mile race is not a road race, nor is it a trail race.  It is a classic cross country race across playing fields and a golf course, which is why we call it the Cross Country Classic.  This race can be a welcome break from the usual road race schedule.
