Various Wanderers are working feverishly to prepare food dishes in time for next week’s 7th Annual Track Meet.

Bin Ruiter will be cranking up his smoker this weekend to prepare the pulled pork. All in all close to 50 lbs of the pork shoulder will be prepared which takes an estimated 16 hours to complete at an average temperature of 225F. Hickory and Cherry will be used to supplement the charcoal for the flavor.

Other Wanderers are helping out too including Lola, Corbin Evans, and The Great One.

We can always use additional help: please bring something if you are so inclined. Fruit salads or anything else that you think would go with well with the meat would be very welcomed by all !
