On Sat August 7th, please join Wanderers Alex Ochman and Lisa Franciotti to race or volunteer for a 5K in Fox Chase.
Saturday August 7th is the first annual Fox Chase Away Cancer 5K event, benefiting local families afflicted with cancer and supporting them through Fox Chase Cancer Center.
Organized by the HCM Foundation a new Non-Profit cancer foundation that seeks to be the link within the community and to offer support to families so that they may be strong while receiving treatment and weathering the impact thereafter.
It is the mission of HCM to provide opportunities and financial support to cancer patients, survivors, and their families.
We are committed to enhance the quality of life of those afflicted with cancer by connecting those in need of assistance with those willing to offer support.
The event is being organized by local runners the have been impacted by cancer including two wanderers, Alex Ochman and Lisa Franciotti.
